I killed my father

Well, at least he said so. Here’s my story about part of my own healing process and how it lead to writing Dead Men.

Life is weird that way. Sometimes we experience things that are terrible and awful and at a later time, we can see that these terrible things actually made us act instead of react – and give us a way to either get on the other side or be creative in some way.

It took me a LONG time to admit how I got started on the book, but my decision to be open and honest stands – and it will for the rest of my life. It’s easier and more comfortable for me and I know that a lot of people can mirror themselves in me and feel heard and understood. Killing my father actually lead to me reaching my dream and fulfilling my lifelong goal – in this video you can hear how.

Please let me know if this resonates with you in any way – I think speaking openly about how life affects us is part of the cure. And feel free to ask questions!

Take care of you – you are unique!
