My phone, reader and computer are vital to me – it’s how I make my living as a writer, therapist and vlogger.
When you have multiple devices, you have CABLES – so MANY CORDS and CABLES. ARGH!
In the beginning, the cables actually took up a big part of my suitcase and it was always a total mess because I had long and short. Today we also often have devices that require different ports to charge and that doesn’t make it any better.
Someone should pass a law making it mandatory for the makers of electronic devices to have the same ports! ;-P
But then I found a VERY neat solution! I am now traveling with this!
Get yours here: Multiple USB charger
Anything that can charge via USB, can charge here. No more long cords and cables and NO MORE need for several electrical sockets and rummaging through my suitcase for 3-4 small USB socket chargers.
I put this in a corner where it can’t be seen from a window in my hotel room, airbnb or wherever I stay.
Several of my friends back home have bought it too since it’s a brilliant organizer and you never have to run around looking for your phone. You put it in the charger when you get in and that’s where you’ll find it when you need it.
Also, personally, I like that it is white. I am fed up with all those black cables. I know that Iphones often come with white cables, but a lot of Android devices still have the black ones. To be honest, I went on Amazon and found white cables to replace the black ones. I know it’s a small thing, but I don’t like clutter and white cables makes my home seem less cluttered. I guess it’s because I am a nomad, my life is changing all the time, so SOME order is needed. I guess you can say it’s part of my self care to choose the color of my cables. Laugh if you will, but to me, making my life the best life it can be is about making choices that are good for me. 🙂
